TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Equipment is rented for 24 hours, 8 hours, or a specified time agreed upon when signing the agreement.
Failure to return equipment at the agreed time will result in an additional day(s) rental charge where applicable.
Equipment returned after the agreed time will incur an additional day(s) rental charge.
To keep the equipment for additional days, customers must inform Tectonic Tool Rental Company Limited and make immediate payment for extra days.
No refund on rescheduling or cancellations of paid bookings after the start of the agreed collection or delivery time.
50% refund for rescheduling or cancellation of bookings 12 hours before the booking time.
100% refund for rescheduling or cancellation of bookings 24 hours before the booking time.
Rescheduling of paid bookings can be done 12 to 24 hours prior to the agreed collection time without charge.
A 50% rebate is applicable for rescheduling on the same day as the collection or delivery.
All bookings must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
All equipment rentals and bookings are final. Any exchange for alternative equipment requires full payment for the new equipment.
Any extension of rental time must be settled within 24 hours of the initial contract's expiration.
Two valid forms of identification (ID, DP, or Passport) from Trinidad and Tobago must be presented before renting equipment.
Companies must provide a copy of their Company Registration for equipment rental.
If an ID is unavailable, a copy of the customer’s vehicle insurance or utility bill must be presented, and a photograph of the customer will be taken by a representative of Tectonic Tool Rental Company Limited.
Late returns will incur a charge of $50.00 for each hour past the stipulated return time.
One cancellation is allowed for up to fourteen days on paid bookings.
If equipment fails while on a job, it will be replaced at no additional cost.
If a customer decides not to use the equipment after receiving it, no refund is applicable.
Equipment withheld by a customer 24 hours after the contract ends without payment will be considered an act of larceny, and Tectonic Tool Rental Company Limited reserves the right to involve the TTPS and legal system (Bailiff) to retrieve the equipment.
Outstanding balances not paid in full after 24 hours will incur a 10% interest for each day until payments are made.
